Rochelle Mahon Vosloo is the managing director of Mahon Attorneys, an admitted Attorney with more than a decade of banking law experience. Rochelle served as an in-house legal counsel at one of the largest banks within South Africa where she headed up a legal, regulatory and conduct risk and payment industry portfolio.

During her time within the banking industry, she provided legal advice on banking law, regulatory and conduct risk, and payment processing within the payment industry and card brand rules. She also represented the bank at the Payments Association of South Africa (“PASA”) and has been involved in drafting multiple complex customer and supplier agreements with local and multinational corporations.
